We deliver orders by Standard UK Delivery at a charge of £4.50 to a UK address only. We do not offer delivery outside the UK. As soon as your item is dispatched, you’ll be provided with confirmation via email. You can also find your order details within the My Account section.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges for items returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will reimburse you using the same method of payment you used for your purchase. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to reflect on your statement.

Items must be in new, unused condition in their original packaging and returned unworn with all tags still attached.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM
Email us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know if you'd like to make an exchange or return for a credit/full refund. Post your item to: 9 Bank Road, KingsWood, BS 15 8LS, Bristol, UK Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Always retain proof of postage.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of an item without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the order. If you are in possession of the items you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the items back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
